The installer, for cPanel hosting
One file that installs everything from your browser: the app, its database, its settings and its schedule. Use it on HostSecure hosting and other cPanel hosting.
You'll need your license number (like CH-7KQ2-M9XD-4TWA-HP3C): the installer asks for it. Don't have one yet? Contact us.

- In cPanel, make the address the CRM will use, such as
crm.yourcompany.com. - Upload
clientharbor-install.phpto that address's folder with File Manager. - Open
https://crm.yourcompany.com/clientharbor-install.phpand follow the steps.
The release zip
The app itself, to install by hand on DirectAdmin, a Linux VPS or dedicated server, or Windows Server.
What you need
HostSecure hosting accounts already have all of this. On other hosting, the installer checks everything before it changes anything.
An address
Usually a subdomain, such as crm.yourcompany.com, with an HTTPS certificate.
Python 3.12+
On CloudLinux hosting it's under Setup Python App in cPanel.
A database
MySQL 8 or MariaDB 10.5+ on hosting; PostgreSQL 13+ on your own server.
Passenger
For cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting: it runs Python apps for the web server.

Where do I get a license number?
It comes with your Client Harbor license: see pricing. Contact us if you've lost yours.
Can I move Client Harbor to another address?
Each license is for one address. Contact us and we'll free it so you can install at the new one.
Where does Client Harbor keep my data?
On your server, in your database. The installer puts the app outside your website's folders. Your data is never sent to us: once an hour Client Harbor checks its license with us, sending only the license number, its address, its server's IP address and its version.
Can I use it on shared hosting that isn't cPanel?
On DirectAdmin, yes, if the server runs CloudLinux; see the DirectAdmin steps. For other hosting, ask us.
Do I need a license?
Yes. The installer asks for your license number, and Client Harbor checks it with us once an hour. Contact us about a license for your business.
