Questions
What currency are the prices in?
US dollars. Canadian customers can pay in Canadian dollars: ask us for CAD pricing. Taxes are extra where they apply.
What does a self-hosted license cover?
One installation of Client Harbor, at one address, for a year, with every update released in that year. Moving to a new address is free: contact us and we'll free the license for it.
What happens if I don't renew a self-hosted license?
Client Harbor locks until the license is renewed. Your data stays on your server, untouched, and everything is back as soon as you renew.
When will hosted plans be available?
Soon. Join the waiting list and we'll tell you first, with the launch offer of 30% off.
How is my data kept separate on the hosted plans?
Every customer gets their own database, with its own login, their own file storage and their own copy of the app. Nothing is shared between customers' data, and Dedicated gets its own database server too.
Can I move between hosted and self-hosted?
Yes. It's the same Client Harbor either way, so we can move your data in either direction.
